Alexander Caine
BExSSc, MCEP, ESSAM
As someone who has always valued exercise and living a healthy life, I enjoy living out my passion everyday. Helping clients achieve their goals with a holistic approach and focusing on making those small changes that add up to a lifetime of positive change.​

Alex graduated with a Bachelor or Exercise and Sport Science from ACU in 2018 and then completed a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at UQ in 2020. Alex has experience working with NDIS and DVA clients. Alex has a particular interest in Musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, sports performance and lifestyle modification.
Amy Caine
BExSSc, MCEP, ESSAM
Growing up I was always very competitive and enjoyed playing a wide variety of sports. Ive always loved keeping active as well as helping those I love. I have a strong belief that everyone should be active and look after their bodies with movement - exercise is medicine.

Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from ACU in 2017 and then completed a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU in 2019. Amy has gained experience working in both private practice and community settings. Amy has a keen interested in helping clients with Neurological conditions, particularly those with chronic diagnoses. Amy enjoys helping clients create positive behaviour change that will last the rest of their life.
About Us
We are an Exercise Physiology team based out of Club Lime in Aspley and Redcliffe Brisbane. We are passionate about using exercise as medicine to treat all conditions.

We offer Exercise Physiology services to a wide range of clients including NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, Private Health and Medicare.

Medical History
Sit down with your EP and discuss any relevant medical history or information that is important to you.
Baseline Assessment
Complete both Subjective and Objective assessments to help provide accurate information about your current health.
Create a Plan
Develop an evidenced based exercise physiology plan to help you achieve your goals.
